Cancellation Policy
I understand that unforeseen circumstances happen and you may need to cancel or change an appointment with me.I simply ask that you notify me of a cancellation or reschedule no less than 24 hours prior to your appointment.
NO SHOW
Clients who fail to show for appointments or cancel with less than 1 hour notice, may be asked to pre-pay for future services. First time, no show clients will be asked to pre-pay for future appointments as well. Please be advised if you NO Show on an appointment I will not be able to schedule a new appointment free of charge.
LATE
If you are more than 15 minutes late for your appointment you may have to reschedule your appointment and assess a fee for the cost of services that you were scheduled for. Please be courteous to other clients
new clients
A $25.00 deposit is required to reserve an appointment for all new clients, and for clients who have not visited the salon in more than six months. This deposit will go toward your services.
Please use headphones if you're watching videos.
I am happy to accept Master cards, Visa, American Express, Debit Cards, Cash and . However there is a $2 processing fee. (I do not accept personal checks, Cash App or Discover cards)
This salon space is cozy and can only accommodate scheduled clients. (No Extra Guest)
